The Osceola Council on Aging provides services to enable independence and self-sufficiency for seniors, disabled adults, the disadvantaged, and families in poverty. Applicants must be Osceola County Residents for most services. Most programs have a financial eligibility requirement. Programs include ways to help with housing stability, and emergency assistance to pay water and electricity bills. Referral Services for the following: Parenting Support, Government Programs, Re-employment, Grief & Loss, Childcare Support, Food Assistance, Elder Care, Healthcare, Housing Assistance, Substance Abuse Treatment, Mental Health Counseling, and LGBTQIA+ Support.

Pathway to Homes Program - This program will support participants in buying their own home. Participants must be Osceola residents, working full time, and be willing to complete the program with guidance from social services staff. Call for more information.
