Beyond Pregnancy Care offers free pregnancy tests and limited ultrasound for pregnancy verification. Pregnant clients and moms and dads of infants under 1 year old who are in need, may participate in the Go Beyond Client Education Program to earn material supplies like diapers, wipes, formula, and other maternity and baby supplies.

Healthy Start Coalition of Osceola County

Healthy Start offers free education and support, care coordination and resource referrals for all pregnant women and parents with an infant 1 year or younger. A Healthy Start prenatal screening form is completed at the doctor's office, and an infant screening form is completed at the time of birth. However, a self-referral can be made by calling. Our team of Connect staff will review risk-factors that can lead to a poor health outcome, provide education and inform families of the different home-visiting services, including Healthy Start, that are available at no cost to them. If enrolled in Healthy Start, a care coordinator will get in touch with families and arrange a home-visit to provide services. We also provide free childbirth education classes and CAFE parent support groups for parents with an infant 6 months or younger. Free weekly support meetings for parents and adult family members (18+ years of age) who love an adult child or loved one struggling with substance abuse. PAL provides hope, through education and support, to help members find peace regardless of the choices of their addicted loved one. Pathway to Homes Program - This program will support participants in buying their own home. Participants must be Osceola residents, working full time, and be willing to complete the program with guidance from social services staff. Call for more information.

Citizens can also make online reports via the website.

The Transition House

The Transition House is a behavioral health organization serving the public and homeless veterans. Services include outpatient and residential programs and work release programs for men and women dealing with substance abuse, mental health, and other co-occurring disorders. The Veterans Program is designed to engage homeless veterans and guide them towards independence through employment and permanent housing. Services are offered to male veterans, and our facility can host 40 male veterans. This program is for veterans that may or may not have been involved with the judicial system and those with disabilities.
