The Osceola Council on Aging provides services to enable independence and self-sufficiency for seniors, disabled adults, the disadvantaged, and families in poverty. Applicants must be Osceola County Residents for most services. Meals delivered to the home of any person, 60 and over, who is physically or mentally unable to prepare a balanced meal and has no one to prepare a meal for them.
