The Blackberry Center is a psychiatric and substance abuse treatment center that provides mental health counseling, drug and alcohol detox, and dual diagnosis treatments. Only voluntary admissions are accepted. Medicare and Commercial insurances are accepted. Phone is answered 24/7.

We are experienced in treating depression, substance abuse, PTSD, and other mental health disorders in individual, group and family counseling formats. We offer both inpatient and outpatient treatment options at our St. Cloud Counseling Center. Our behavioral health services are available for children (seven years and older), adolescents and adults. We’re proud to serve a diverse range of individuals including veterans, families and individuals recently released from the justice system. We accept most major insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare.

The Transition House

The Transition House is a behavioral health organization serving the public and homeless veterans. Services include outpatient and residential programs and work release programs for men and women dealing with substance abuse, mental health, and other co-occurring disorders. The Veterans Program is designed to engage homeless veterans and guide them towards independence through employment and permanent housing. Services are offered to male veterans, and our facility can host 40 male veterans. This program is for veterans that may or may not have been involved with the judicial system and those with disabilities.
