The Osceola Council on Aging provides services to enable independence and self-sufficiency for seniors, disabled adults, the disadvantaged, and families in poverty. Applicants must be Osceola County Residents for most services. Most programs have a financial eligibility requirement. Programs include ways to help with housing stability, and emergency assistance to pay water and electricity bills.
